For over 55 years, we have been creating shared happiness for authentic, positive impact experiences in Europe’s most beautiful destinations.
As a European player in local tourism, we are committed to helping everyone rediscover the essential in a preserved environment. Our business, which is close to the regions, involves relationships of trust with all our stakeholders.
This section is dedicated to the Group’s investor relations and shareholders and presents key figures, share price information, publications, financing operations and financial calendar.
The Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group’s Code of Ethics formalises the principles and rules to be followed by employees in their relations with suppliers, partners, customers and also with their colleagues within the Group. It is based on respect for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the founding texts of the International Labour Organisation.
Because transparency guides every one of our actions, we have set up a whistleblowing system that is accessible to all our employees as well as to our stakeholders: suppliers, subcontractors, partners, NGOs, etc. This system, although optional, embodies our desire to create an environment where everyone’s voice counts. We invite you to use this tool to report any behaviour that is contrary to our fundamental principles or the standards in force.
If your report does not fall within the scope of this procedure, other dedicated channels are available to you: click here to go to our Contacts page. Your reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with the regulations in force. We also guarantee legal protection against any form of reprisal. Nevertheless, we would like to remind you of the importance of using this system responsibly to avoid any misuse.
The whistleblowing procedure complies with the legal requirements set out in particular in the “Sapin II” Act of 9 December 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life (amended by the Waserman Act of 21 March 2022) and its implementing decree, the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) and the “Duty of Vigilance” Act of 27 March 2017 on the duty of vigilance of parent companies and ordering companies.
To find out more about the protection of whistleblowers, see our dedicated charter in the Resources section.
Our business, which is close to the regions, requires trusting relationships with all our stakeholders. Convinced that without integrity, there can be no sustainable success, our sense of ethics is one of the core values of the Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group, in the same way as solidarity, integrity and respect for people.
