The Customs Building
Residence Pierre & Vacances premium Presqu’île de la Touques*****

DEAUVILLE

Situated at the north-eastern end of the Touques peninsula, the Customs House is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the resort. Built between 1861 and 1866 and named at that time the “Customs Barracks”, the initial house was composed of offices for customs officers on the ground floor and accommodation in the upper parts. A building steeped in history that Pierre & Vacances has protected and restored by highlighting the 19th century architectural heritage.

In 2021, the interior benefited from a large-scale restructuring as well as an identical renovation of the façade to respect the historical aspect of this emblematic building. Completely refurbished, the Bâtiment des Douanes of the Pierre & Vacances premium residence Presqu’île de la Touques***** is now composed of 28 spacious, bright and elegant flats. Holidaymakers can enjoy the services of the main building, including: heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children’s pool, sauna, hammam, Deep® Nature Spa, fitness room, breakfast, concierge service…

Residence Pierre & Vacances Cap Morgat****
PENINSULA OF CROZON

Nestled at the end of Douarnenez Bay, Morgat, a former small sardine port, is now an ideal seaside resort for discovering the island charm of the Crozon peninsula.

Located in the Armorique natural park, the Pierre & Vacances Cap Morgat residence**** has been fitted out in a former fort. The reception area retains the original architecture with its stone walls and vaulted ceiling. The residence occupies a spectacular site of cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Below, a rocky beach is accessible at low tide.

On site, the flats are decorated in light blue tones and echo the horizon. All have balconies with views of the sea or the landscaped garden. A heated outdoor swimming pool is available from June to the end of September.

Residence Pierre & Vacances Le Fort de la Rade***
AIX ISLAND

Loaded with history, the Pierre & Vacances residence Le Fort de la Rade*** is an old renovated building built within a fortified enclosure on the island of Aix. Located on the southern tip of the island, it was built in 1703 to control access to the Aix harbour, the anchorage place of the Rochefort squadron. In 1757, it was completely razed by an English attack. In 1778, faced with a new threat from the Royal Navy, the Marquis de Montalembert urgently built a new fortification. Under the First Empire, the fort was completely rebuilt and then regularly modernised.

Today, Pierre & Vacances offers an ideal starting point for discovering the island of Aix, a small corner of natural paradise entirely pedestrian. The residence Le Fort de la Rade*** is located 300 m from the pier, the beach and the shops. A heated outdoor swimming pool is available from June to September.

Residence Pierre & Vacances Le Moulin des Cordeliers***
LOCHES

In the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles, Loches, a “Town of Art and History”, is home to an exceptional medieval town and tells the story of 1,000 years of history. Its cobbled streets, its tufa facades and its intertwined roofs are a real delight for walkers.

Right in the centre of the royal city, the Pierre & Vacances residence Le Moulin des Cordeliers*** is located in an atypical setting: the former lochois flour mills of the 19th century. Large establishments where cereal flours were prepared before being delivered to the trade.

Its privileged location allows you to take advantage of the nearby shops and the city’s entertainment. Harmoniously blending modernity and character, it offers cosy and bright flats with contemporary decor, some of which have a loggia in which to share meals. To relax, head for the semi-open, heated swimming pool or the sun terrace.

Residence Pierre & Vacances Le Domaine de Bordaberry
URRUGNE

Nestled in a vast 12-hectare natural park on the Basque coast, the Pierre & Vacances residence Le Domaine de Bordaberry offers a splendid view of the Atlantic. It consists of 9 small buildings with neo-Basque architecture, surrounding the former mansion of Madame de Trévise.

The flats are fully equipped and decorated with a soft and careful style. All of them have a balcony or a terrace with a view of the gardens or the swimming pool. For a refreshing dip, head to the large swimming pool or the paddling pool for the little ones. The beaches of Hendaye and Ciboure are located 3 km away for a saltwater swim, an introductory course in sailing, surfing or scuba diving.
